SUBMISSION MECHANISM

Explanation of the flowchart for awarding scholarships

  • Scholarship donors send a scholarship offer letter to the Chancellor of Diponegoro University which contains an explanation of the allocation of scholarships, field of study, duration and requirements.

  • The Chancellor forwards the offer letter at point one to Vice Rector I to follow up

  • Vice Chancellor I notified the offer to the Dean / Vice Dean I of the Faculty regarding the terms / conditions of the scholarship funder

    • The Vice Chancellor I instructed the Kesma Section to announce the scholarship information on point 1

  • Dean / Deputy Dean I notifies the scholarship offer to the Head of the Department / Study Program

    • The Dean / Deputy Dean I instructed the Head of Administration to announce the scholarship information on point 1

  • The Head of the Department or Study Program forwards the scholarship information to the Guardian Lecturer

  • The guardian lecturer notifies students who are interested and meet the requirements to submit an application by filling out the form and completing the requirements.

  • Students enter the registration form through a team coordinated by the Head of Sub-Division for Student Affairs and Faculty Alumni to check the truth.

    • The registration form is returned to the student if it is not complete to complete

    • Once completed, the students returned the form to the team to re-examine its validity

  • The team reports to the Dean / Deputy Dean I for further processing

  • The Dean / Deputy Dean I submits the application form to the Vice Rector I

  • Vice Rector I reports to the Chancellor

  • Rector / Vice Rector I submits scholarship application documents to funders for selection and determination of scholarship Certificate (SK)

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS

General requirements

  • Active registered as an Undip student and not or currently on leave or academic scrosing.
  • Come from an economically disadvantaged family by attaching accurate evidence or information.
  • Attach a scholarship application letter addressed to Chancellor of Diponegoro University (Rektor UNDIP) through their respective faculties.
  • Not currently receiving scholarships from other agencies or tuition waivers.
  • Physically and mentally healthy.
  • Attach a copy of KHS (Study Result Card) which has been approved by the competent official.
  • Attach a copy of KTM (Student Identity Card) and KK (Family Card).
  • Fill out the scholarship application form provided by the source / scholarship provider.
  • Writing / essay if requested by the scholarship provider.
  • Attach a copy of the active account number according to the scholarship giver’s request.
  • Attach a Certificate from a Drug Free doctor if requested by the scholarship provider.

Special Requirements

  • Attach a copy of the Pass Certificate and the UAN (National Final Examination) value of Senior High School / equivalent (for new students / semester 1)
  • Attach a copy of grade 3 report cards.
  • Attach a photo.
  • Attach a letter of recommendation from the Chancellor (Rektor UNDIP).
  • Attach a copy of study progress / KHS (Study Result Card) for the last 2 semesters, not a transcript.
  • Minimum semester.
  • Minimum GPA.
  • Minimum Credits.
  • Attach SKCK (Police Record Certificate)
  • Have the ability to speak English.
  • Pass the interview and psychological tests
