To Students Biotechnology Study Program

 

In connection with the rector’s letter number 335/UN7.A/AK/I / 2024 dated January 11, 2024 regarding the early notification of lectures related to the 2024 election, the main content of the letter stated that the implementation of lectures in the first week from Monday February 12, 2024 to Friday February 16, 2024 was carried out online.

 

Herewith, we convey information related to the technical implementation of the online lecture, namely :

 

Alternative 1. Online class meetings are conducted using Ms Teams as a feature / menu contained in the ready account.

Students are advised to make sure / check the ready account is connected to the Ms Teams menu. (Representative Course coordinate / communicate with the lecturer related to the use of facilities / devices other than those of the ready, before the day of implementation of the lecture.)

 

Alternative 2. Using the Online college application (KULON)

Technically, students and lecturers need to have communication before the implementation day. The Western Application Information Service https://helpdesk.undip.ac.id/index.php)

 

To students, it is recommended that there are representatives from each class for communication with the lecturers before the implementation day (D-1) according to the online lecture schedule.

 

Students are advised to make sure the IRS has been approved by The Guardian lecturer, in order to fill in the presence of face-to-face lecture attendance.

 

Thus, this information was submitted as a technical preparation for the even smtr 2023/2024 lecture.
