{"id":4902,"date":"2025-10-23T04:24:19","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T21:24:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biotek.fsm.undip.ac.id\/v1\/?p=4902"},"modified":"2025-10-31T07:38:30","modified_gmt":"2025-10-31T00:38:30","slug":"visiting-professor-program-innovations-in-industrial-biotechnology-metabolic-engineering-for-sustainable-biofuel-production","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biotek.fsm.undip.ac.id\/v1\/2025\/10\/23\/visiting-professor-program-innovations-in-industrial-biotechnology-metabolic-engineering-for-sustainable-biofuel-production\/","title":{"rendered":"Visiting Professor Program: Innovations in Industrial Biotechnology Metabolic Engineering for Sustainable Biofuel Production"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"247\" data-end=\"769\"><strong data-start=\"247\" data-end=\"275\">Semarang, 7 Oktober 2025<\/strong> \u2014 Program Studi Bioteknologi, Fakultas Sains dan Matematika, Universitas Diponegoro, kembali menyelenggarakan kegiatan <em data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"430\">Visiting Professor Online Lecture<\/em> bertajuk <strong data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"544\">\u201cInnovations in Industrial Biotechnology: Metabolic Engineering for Sustainable Biofuel Production.\u201d<\/strong> Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari program <em data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"618\">World Class University (WCU)<\/em> yang bertujuan memperkuat kolaborasi internasional serta memperluas wawasan sivitas akademika di bidang bioteknologi industri dan energi terbarukan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"1163\">Acara ini menghadirkan narasumber internasional, <strong data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"861\">Assoc. Prof. Ali Samy Abdelaal, Ph.D.<\/strong>, Associate Professor of Molecular Genetics dari Damietta University, Mesir, sekaligus Research Scientist di <strong data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1036\">Toulouse Biotechnology Institute (TBI), INSA Toulouse, Prancis<\/strong>. Beliau merupakan pakar dalam bidang genetika molekuler, <em data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1117\">metabolic engineering<\/em>, serta produksi biofuel yang berkelanjutan. Melalui kuliah ini, Prof. Abdelaal memaparkan perkembangan terkini dalam rekayasa metabolik mikroba untuk produksi biofuel ramah lingkungan. Beliau juga menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan <em data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1369\">synthetic biology<\/em> dalam pengembangan bioteknologi industri modern yang dapat mendukung ketahanan energi dan mitigasi perubahan iklim.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1806\">Kegiatan ini dibuka oleh sambutan dari Ketua Panitia <strong data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1634\">Prof. Dr. Dra Endang Kusdiyantini, D.E.A<\/strong>. Acara kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi kuliah utama dan diskusi interaktif yang dimoderatori oleh <strong data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1763\">Siti Roswiyah, S.Si., M.Biotech.<\/strong>, dosen Program Studi Bioteknologi UNDIP.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1806\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4906\" src=\"https:\/\/biotek.fsm.undip.ac.id\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-31-at-04.49.04.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1000\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4907\" src=\"https:\/\/biotek.fsm.undip.ac.id\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-31-at-04.49.07-3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1000\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"2149\">Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta yang terdiri atas mahasiswa S1, dosen, serta peneliti di bidang bioteknologi mendapatkan wawasan baru terkait tren riset biofuel dan rekayasa genetik. Selain memperkaya pengetahuan akademik, kegiatan ini juga diharapkan memperkuat jejaring riset antara Universitas Diponegoro dan lembaga internasional.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2483\">Acara berlangsung secara daring melalui platform Zoom meeting pada pukul 14.00 WIB, dan diakhiri dengan sesi tanya jawab serta penutupan.
